Booking & Payment

  • 30% advance payment is required during booking confirmation.
  • 60% payment must be cleared before 30 days of the programme date.
  • Remaining 10% must be paid on the event day.
  • Deliverables will only be provided after complete payment clearance.

Cancellation & Extension

  • All bookings are strictly non-refundable.
  • Booking dates can be extended up to 365 days from the original booking date.
  • Rescheduling depends on team availability.
  • Official notice must be provided for postponement requests.
