Booking & Payment Policy
To confirm any booking, the client must pay 30% of the total package amount as an advance booking fee.
An additional 60% of the total amount must be paid at least 30 days before the programme/event date.
The remaining 10% balance amount must be cleared on the day of the programme/event.
The booking will be considered confirmed only after the advance payment is successfully received.
Deliverables such as albums, videos, pen drives, raw data, edited images, or any other final outputs will be
handed over only after full payment clearance
Cancellation, Refund & Extension Policy
All bookings made with TheBirdsEye are strictly non-refundable.
In case the client wishes to postpone the event, the booking amount can be adjusted toward a future date.
The booking may be extended/rescheduled up to 365 days from the original booking date, subject to date
availability.
Any request for postponement must be informed through official communication channels.
Rescheduling will depend on team availability for the requested new dates.
Booking Transfer Policy
The confirmed booking is fully transferable.
The client may transfer the booking to friends, relatives, family members, or any other individual.
The transferred event must fall within the valid extension period and will remain subject to date availability
TheBirdsEye must be officially informed about the transfer details before the event date.
Outstation Event Policy
Proper car pickup and drop facilities for the photography/videography team
Necessary fooding arrangements during the event coverage period.
Suitable lodging/accommodation arrangements for multi-day or distant events
Any toll charges, parking charges, interstate taxes, or travel-related expenses outside Kolkata shall be borne by
the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Coverage & Deliverables
TheBirdsEye will provide services as per the selected package and quotation.
Edited photographs and videos will be delivered within the committed timeline communicated during booking.
Raw files will only be provided if specifically mentioned in the package or quotation.
The creative style, editing tone, and final output will remain at the discretion of TheBirdsEye.
Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate programme schedules, venue details, and contact information
Necessary permissions for photography/videography at venues must be arranged by the client
TheBirdsEye shall not be responsible for missed moments caused by delays, restrictions, lack of cooperation, or
venue limitations.
Force Majeure
TheBirdsEye shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond control,
including natural disasters, political disturbances, strikes, accidents, government restrictions, pandemics, or
technical failures.
In such situations, both parties will mutually discuss rescheduling possibilities.
Copyright & Promotional Rights
All photographs and videos captured by TheBirdsEye remain the intellectual property of TheBirdsEye.
TheBirdsEye reserves the right to use selected content for portfolio, website, social media, promotional, and
marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing by the client.
Acceptance of Terms
By paying the booking amount and confirming the event, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood,
and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.

শর্তাবলী ও নিয়মাবলী
বুকিং ও পেমেন্ট নীতি
যেকোনো বুকিং নিশ্চিত করার জন্য ক্লায়েন্টকে মোট প্যাকেজ মূল্যের ৩০% অগ্রিম বুকিং ফি হিসেবে প্রদান করতে হবে।
মোট টাকার অতিরিক্ত ৬০% অনুষ্ঠান/প্রোগ্রামের তারিখের কমপক্ষে ৩০ দিন আগে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
বাকি ১০% অর্থ অনুষ্ঠান/প্রোগ্রামের দিন পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট সফলভাবে গ্রহণ করার পরেই বুকিং নিশ্চিত বলে গণ্য হবে।
সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট ক্লিয়ার না হওয়া পর্যন্ত অ্যালবাম, ভিডিও, পেন ড্রাইভ, র’ ডাটা, এডিটেড ছবি বা অন্য কোনো ফাইনাল ডেলিভারেবল হস্তান্তর করা হবে না।
বাতিল, রিফান্ড ও তারিখ পরিবর্তন নীতি
TheBirdsEye-এর সকল বুকিং সম্পূর্ণ নন-রিফান্ডেবল।
কোনো ক্লায়েন্ট অনুষ্ঠান পিছিয়ে দিতে চাইলে, বুকিং-এর অর্থ ভবিষ্যতের নতুন তারিখে সমন্বয় করা যেতে পারে।
মূল বুকিং তারিখ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ৩৬৫ দিনের মধ্যে বুকিং-এর তারিখ পরিবর্তন বা পুনঃনির্ধারণ করা যেতে পারে, তবে তা নির্ভর করবে তারিখের প্রাপ্যতার উপর।
অনুষ্ঠান পিছিয়ে দেওয়ার যেকোনো অনুরোধ অবশ্যই অফিসিয়াল যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমের মাধ্যমে জানাতে হবে।
নতুন তারিখের জন্য পুনঃনির্ধারণ সম্পূর্ণভাবে টিমের উপলব্ধতার উপর নির্ভর করবে।
বুকিং ট্রান্সফার নীতি
নিশ্চিত করা বুকিং সম্পূর্ণভাবে ট্রান্সফারযোগ্য।
ক্লায়েন্ট চাইলে বুকিং বন্ধু, আত্মীয়, পরিবারের সদস্য অথবা অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তির কাছে ট্রান্সফার করতে পারবেন।
ট্রান্সফার করা অনুষ্ঠানটি বৈধ এক্সটেনশন সময়সীমার মধ্যে হতে হবে এবং তা তারিখের প্রাপ্যতার উপর নির্ভরশীল থাকবে।
অনুষ্ঠান তারিখের আগে TheBirdsEye-কে অবশ্যই ট্রান্সফারের সমস্ত বিবরণ অফিসিয়ালভাবে জানাতে হবে।
আউটস্টেশন অনুষ্ঠান নীতি
ফটোগ্রাফি/ভিডিওগ্রাফি টিমের জন্য উপযুক্ত গাড়ির পিকআপ ও ড্রপ সুবিধা।
বহুদিনের বা দূরবর্তী অনুষ্ঠানের জন্য উপযুক্ত থাকা/আবাসনের ব্যবস্থা।
লিখিতভাবে অন্য কোনো চুক্তি না থাকলে, কলকাতার বাইরে যেকোনো টোল চার্জ, পার্কিং চার্জ, আন্তঃরাজ্য কর অথবা ভ্রমণ-সংক্রান্ত সমস্ত খরচ ক্লায়েন্টকেই বহন করতে হবে।
কভারেজ ও ডেলিভারেবল নীতি
নির্বাচিত প্যাকেজ এবং কোটেশন অনুযায়ী TheBirdsEye পরিষেবা প্রদান করবে।
বুকিং-এর সময় জানানো নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যেই এডিটেড ছবি ও ভিডিও সরবরাহ করা হবে।
র ফাইল শুধুমাত্র প্যাকেজ বা কোটেশনে বিশেষভাবে উল্লেখ থাকলে প্রদান করা হবে।
সৃজনশীল স্টাইল, এডিটিং টোন এবং চূড়ান্ত আউটপুট সম্পূর্ণভাবে TheBirdsEye-এর বিবেচনার উপর নির্ভর করবে।
ক্লায়েন্টের দায়িত্ব
ক্লায়েন্টকে সঠিক অনুষ্ঠানসূচি, ভেন্যুর বিবরণ এবং যোগাযোগের তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
ভেন্যুতে ফটোগ্রাফি/ভিডিওগ্রাফির জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় অনুমতির ব্যবস্থা ক্লায়েন্টকেই করতে হবে।
বিলম্ব, বিধিনিষেধ, অসহযোগিতা বা ভেন্যুর সীমাবদ্ধতার কারণে কোনো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ মুহূর্ত মিস হলে তার জন্য TheBirdsEye দায়ী থাকবে না।
অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতি
প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা, ধর্মঘট, দুর্ঘটনা, সরকারি নিষেধাজ্ঞা, মহামারী অথবা প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটির মতো নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা পরিস্থিতির কারণে পরিষেবায় ব্যর্থতা বা বিলম্ব ঘটলে তার জন্য TheBirdsEye দায়ী থাকবে না।
এ ধরনের পরিস্থিতিতে উভয় পক্ষ পারস্পরিক আলোচনার মাধ্যমে নতুন তারিখ নির্ধারণের সম্ভাবনা বিবেচনা করবে।
কপিরাইট ও প্রচারমূলক অধিকার
TheBirdsEye দ্বারা ধারণ করা সমস্ত ছবি ও ভিডিওর মেধাস্বত্ব (Intellectual Property) TheBirdsEye-এর অধীনেই থাকবে।
ক্লায়েন্টের সাথে লিখিতভাবে ভিন্ন কোনো চুক্তি না থাকলে, TheBirdsEye নির্বাচিত কনটেন্ট পোর্টফোলিও, ওয়েবসাইট, সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া, প্রচার এবং মার্কেটিংয়ের উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ
বুকিং-এর অর্থ প্রদান এবং অনুষ্ঠান নিশ্চিত করার মাধ্যমে ক্লায়েন্ট স্বীকার করছেন যে, তিনি উপরে উল্লেখিত সমস্ত শর্তাবলী পড়েছেন, বুঝেছেন এবং সম্পূর্ণভাবে সম্মত হয়েছেন।
